wanted to make something cute for my son’s kindgerarten holday party…
thought the magnolia cupcakes would be super yummy and really cute if I could make some kind of a snowman (edible of course!!) and perch him on top.. i thought about marshmallows but felt that it was not accurate enough, a bit too square…
so, i made little snowman out of fondant…so easy!! and fun and the kids can really dig in and help..i rolled the white fondant into balls for the body. i used blue fondant rolled out really thin and cut it into scarves.
i will post more pictures later to show you how they turned out. the hat came out great – i used a round chocoate disc with a junior mint secured on-top with royal icing.
